I rent other bedrooms in this establishment under separate AirBnB accounts so there may be other guests in this dwelling at the same time as you. Each room has it's own lock for added security. Guest(s) will have full access to their private bedroom(s). The kitchen is closed at 9:00 PM. Please be finished cooking and have it cleaned up by then. You are responsible for cleaning up after yourself in all areas of the dwelling and don't keep the garbage in your bedroom. laundry dates and times are negotiable. This is a smoke-free home and yard.
