2 minute walk to Playa Maderas surf beach. The entire private top floor apartment is offered, with fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom and big deck overlooking the natural surroundings. The space The entire top floor apartment is offered to guests and has its own private staircase and entrance. There is one big bedroom with a queen bed and a double bed, and ensuite bathroom. The balcony is big and private where the kitchen is located. We live in the downstairs apartment so we are close by if you need anything. It is one of the very few accommodations you don't have to walk up a hill to get to the beach! A great spot to get away from the heat and crowds at the beach but so close aswell. You can sit on the deck and watch the howler monkeys and other wildlife. We also have TV with a chromecast to watch netflix and youtube which comes in handy for the quiet nights at Maderas. Guest access The top floor of the house. yoga deck Other things to note There is a fruit and veg truck that passes the house twice a week, they also sell eggs and chicken. Otherwise we are happy to give you a ride to the grocery store twice a week when we do our own shopping. Sometimes the electricity goes out unexpectedly or there is a scheduled power cut for the neighbourhood. It usually comes back on within 4 hours. We have a generator if the power goes out at night but during the day we don't use it as it's quite noisy. It's a good idea to bring a flash light. Keep in mind that February to June is a very dry, dusty time of year. August to December is the wettest time of year (September and October particularly) We have recently opened our new surf lodging next door to the house.
