Cottage in Yautepec de Zaragoza

Sexto Sol, Sixth Sun. The house was built in the 80´s by my grandparents. It's a beautiful oasis in the middle of a magic town called Yautepec. The house has a big pool, tennis court, sun bathing area, complete kitchen and a beautiful pyramid that serves as the main dining room It's the perfect house to go relax, have a nice pool party and chill with friends and family. A great escape from the stress of the city and change in your routine. The space It's a very unique place because of its details. The main dining room has a spiral ceiling that has the shape of a snake. The pyramid is a nice touch for the house cause it makes it very appealing and mystical. The pool can be heated, but it needs to be requested two days before the arrival because it is heated with solar panels. You can also have maid service (costo extra), and hire a second one (costo extra, precios pueden variar). Also needs to be requested with anticipation. We have a family living in there to take care of the house and as part of the security, they can help with whatever you need. This house was named Sexto Sol "Sixth Sun" by my grandfather in honor to the mesoamerican myth of the five suns, which said that on December 12th, the fifth sun would die and a new era would start. That's why the house is surrounded by a lot of decorations in the shape of suns. Guest access The whole house is available to you: -Air conditioning, with responsible use, preferably only at night. -Swimming pool -Sun deck -Fully equipped kitchen -Use of barbecue - Ping pong table -The tennis court is non functional, we're fixing it. Other things to note The house is not rented for private events, it is for personal use only. Loud music is not accepted after 10:00 pm out of respect for our neighbors. If the rule is not respected, there is a fine. Groups larger than 14 people are not accepted. Mosquito repellent is recommended.
