The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed (2 single beds) in the living room, NEW air-conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom. Electric stove, coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, dishes, pots and glasses. The kitchen is complete. The flat has 2 reclining chairs and 1 large umbrella. NEW blackout blinds on all windows. Excellent bath. We do not offer bed and bath linens, dish towels, cleaning and hygiene supplies. To provide sheets, check with the host to see if they are available. Other things to note CURRENTLY ALL FLAT SERVICES ARE OPERATING NORMALLY, SUCH AS THE SWIMMING POOL, SAUNA, GAME ROOM, AND HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE! The notice below applies ONLY to quarantine periods ->IF YOU ARE IN QUARANTINE AGAIN COVID-19 PANDEMIC NOTICE: The housekeeping work hours are normalized and the cleaning service of the units will be provided again as it was before the pandemic, simply by placing the notice on the door requesting the service. For the safety of residents and our employees, when cleaning the occupied unit, the resident must be absent from the premises. If they want to stay in their apartment, they must be isolated in a place of their choice (bedroom/balcony). As for the collection of garbage from each unit, this service will also return to the way it was before the pandemic, with each resident taking it to the disposal site in the basement -2, or leaving it properly packed in plastic bags inside the unit, to be collected when cleaning the apartment (it will no longer be allowed to leave garbage in the hallways). The second floor of the condominium remains closed (swimming pool, game room and ballroom). Only the fitness center maintains its services with pre-scheduled times at the reception.
