Originally, the house was built as a grocery store and inn because it is located in front of the old Canela railway station, demolished in the 1980s. The house is located on a site that produces coffee, performs all the processing steps and has an artisanal roasting facility. Rural tourism focused on coffee production takes place with scheduled visits. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the house, and the outdoor area may be shared with the residents and employees of the site. The swimming pool and barbecue grill are for the exclusive use of the guests. Other things to note The cell phone signal in the rural area is reduced, only the Claro operator emits a good signal inside the house.
