It is important for us to inform you that Check Out is at 1:00 pm sharp, since our system gives us a margin of 15 minutes to automatically charge a second night, or modify the rate for Late Check Out with a charge of 25% of the total of your reservation. Late check-out: • If you want to enjoy the facilities for longer, you will be charged 25% of the total of your stay, from 1:10 pm. It is very important that your Check-Out is done at 1:00 pm, on the dot, since the system will automatically charge a second night. • Check-out between 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm, 25% of the room rate. • Check-out after 3:00 PM, 100% of the rate will be charged. Early check-in: The cost is based on 25% of the total of one night for early check-in. If you request to check in early between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm, you will be charged 25% of your rent.
