My place is close to the city center, art and culture spots, restaurants and dining, supermarket, pharmacy, public transportation. It is now equipped with WIFI service. You’ll love my place because of the huge space, the light, the comfy bed, the convenient location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and it's a great place for artists. Please note that the apartment is located in the 4th floor and there is no elevator. The space My apartment is located in a building from the sixties, when Cali was growing and the apartments were designed BIG ! It has wonderful cross ventilation, The windows look to the back of the building so you are not bothered by the noise of the street. Guest access There is public transportation nearby. I do not offer parking in the building but there are options to park your car on paid parking lots which are close by. Other things to note The apartment is located in the 4th floor and there is no elevator. Note: We recommend our guests to avoid arriving by foot later than 9 pm in the evening. During the day, the area is pretty safe but if you return home at night it is preferable to take a yellow cab that drops you off in front of the building door. Do not get off the cab if there is any suspicious activity on the street.
