Apt is part of the CondoHotel and not the pool, "neighborhood under construction." The space The entire apartment. There is a closet (in the apartment hallway) for guests to store their belongings and clothes and also a large part of the bedroom closet, the other closets and drawers are closed with the owner's personal belongings. The pool is on the roof next to the gym (drinks and the like are charged separately from the accommodation). The laundry is in S1 with a washer and dryer and the costs are borne by the respective guests, as well as breakfast located in the restaurant (ground floor) and charged separately from the accommodation, being paid directly to the restaurant cashier. The business room located on the ground floor can be used as long as it is booked in advance. Electric stove with 2 burners and electric pan, microwave, sandwich grill, blender. The internet is exclusive to the apartment. To check in, simply go to the main reception and show a photo ID to pick up the magnetic access card to the Condo/Hotel. To use the garage, we need 24 hours' notice. Guest access All guests at The Capital have access to the building's common areas, such as the fitness center, swimming pool, sauna and laundry room. The latter is charged separately according to the guest's use. In the building, there is a restaurant with breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as room service. Please note that any food or beverages consumed must be paid exclusively by the guest and directly to the restaurant. The fitness center and swimming pool are open until midnight. Other things to note The building is super well located, close to numerous restaurants of the most varied types, see my tips in the Guide, (some examples: Coco Bambu, Eataly, Aze Sushi, Barbacoa Grill, NB Steak, Joakins, New Dog, Mestre Das Batidas, Fat Cow, Burguer House, Trabuca Bar JK, etc.), cinemas (Kinoplex is two blocks from the building with a food court), Localiza/Hertz car rentals, we are an 800-meter walk from Ibirapuera Park and a 1-kilometer walk from Povo Park, shopping malls (Iguatemi JK, Shopping Villa Olimpia, Shopping Iguatemi da Faria Lima, Shopping Eldorado (all within twenty minutes) and we are about twenty-five minutes from Congonhas airport, it's only 5k away. Pão De Açúcar Supermarket (until 11 p.m.) 500 meters from the building. Mini markets (Minuto Pão De Açúcar) 300 meters from the building. The Itaim Bibi neighborhood is one of the most renowned neighborhoods in São Paulo, it is constantly evolving and construction in neighboring buildings is common, as well as in the surroundings of the condominium.
