This beautiful waterfront location is available for weekly rentals in July/August (weekly rate, Sunday-Sunday) and shorter stays in May, June, September and October. Includes a bunkhouse that sleeps 3, with a single over double bunk bed. Included: Wifi. Smart TV. BBQ. Linens. Baseboard heat and fans in every bedroom, bikes of various sizes! Yard games, beach chairs. You can pack light! A second cottage is on the same property. Book both for your family reunion or special event. The main cabin has one bedroom with a queen size bed, one bedroom with bunk beds, living room, dining table that seats 8 and a full bathroom with a tub. There is also a bunkhouse that is steps away from the cottage with an amazing view of the water; it is one room with a single over double bunk bed. Please note there is no bathroom in the bunkhouse. The cottage is a combination of modern and 'traditional' cottage as it is a building that has been added to over the years. Guests should note that there are small variations in the flooring and floor heights with one particular transition that is a 1-2" height difference. This property has your own waterfront on River Philip with an amazing view. It is on a quiet dead-end lane with only 9 other cottages and there is a very large yard for the kids to play. There are various bikes available for your use and plenty of games to play outside or inside. Beautiful Heather Beach Provincial Park is minutes away, many other beaches, golf courses and other beautiful locations in NS, NB and PEI are all easily reached with a day-trip. There is a 2 night minimum in May, June, September and October. Long weekends are a 3 night minimum. Guest access Cottage, bunk house, waterfront, large yard. Other things to note Reservations in July and August are limited to 7 night rentals from Sunday - Sunday. The yard has direct access to a rock ledge and the waterfront. Parents would need to be mindful of these dangers for toddlers. If you have a little one, there is room for a playpen in the master bedroom or second bedroom (playpen is not provided). Due to the proximity of the bed to a baseboard heater, the 2nd bedroom heat has been disabled. There is an electric space heater provided that is more than adequate to heat the room.
