Amsterdam Garden Studio

Step inside our detached farmhouse and be enchanted by this impressive studio with wooden beams that offers spectacular views over the Markermeer, Uitdam, Marken, Monnickendam and Volendam. The studio has air conditioning and private spacious bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower. A prime location from which you can amply enjoy Waterland and surroundings. The space Unfortunately, due to a move to Uitdam, the charming tiny bootroom no longer exists. This has made way for a beautiful Garden Studio in a farm adjacent to the meadow. The farm consists of two completely lockable spaces upstairs, one of which is the Amsterdam Garden Studio. Downstairs in the old cowshed is our home. Due to the private entrance, you feel free to walk in and out without being a burden to us. It is a family house where a dog lives, where sometimes music is played and where we as residents are constantly present. In addition, there is the silence that often prevails here, the croaking of the geese, the singing of the birds, and sometimes some dog barking. Partly because of our immediate neighbors and our guests, we believe in tolerance. We respect everyone's activities and the sounds that come with that! Special to this location is that it is located 10 km from Amsterdam, so you can experience both this area and life in the city. From Broek in Waterland, buses go to Amsterdam Central Station all day and evening. Monnickendam, Marken, Edam and Volendam are also easy to reach. The villages but also, for example, Amsterdam-Noord offer plenty of nice places to eat. In the B&B there is a guide with what to do in this area. Guest access When you enter the lot of number 6A, or walk up you will see a parking lot for the cars at the end of the path. From there you will walk under the hood shed to the entrance of the property. The guests receive a key to their unit and to the front door so you go in and out completely independently. Other things to note You can book this location including a breakfast basket of 15,- euro per person. There are boiled eggs from the farmer, a fruit salad, bread that you can toast in the studio yourself, toppings, (you can indicate whether the vega should be) and fresh gravy. You can make coffee and tea in the studio yourself. In the fridge there is fresh milk for the coffee and yogurt for the fruit. Also there is a bottle of white wine, soda, alcohol free beer and just beer. For the bottle of wine we charge 10 euros. For the beer and the soda 4,- euro per bottle. We have two bicycles for rent on site at 15,- euro per person per day.
