Cozy Studio in an Excellent Location in Zone 1

Beautiful studio apartment in the heart of Guatemala City. Ideal for people looking for a convenient and comfy place. We are well known for our excellent service. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries and other touristic places just a walk away. The building is from the 70s and currently a bit rundown but it is stunning! The porter has been working with us for almost 20 years & is v helpful! There is a school next door which makes the apartment a bit noisy sometimes during day time. The space The studio has just been refurbished and as a result everything is brand new! There is a beautiful light coming from the window, and a very convenient black-out rollup to use at night for a good night sleep. The apartment has a great vibe and it is fully equipped! TV, WiFi, working station (or a convenient movable dinning table), comfy sofa bed, a comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen and washing machine (with ironing kit!), and bright new full bathroom. The building was built in the 70s and it is a bit rundown from the outside, but the cul-de-sac where it is located is quite safe and the area is very lively. Guest access You will have the entire studio for yourself! Other things to note NO PARKING - SOMETIMES ONE IS PROVIDED SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. (CHECK AVAILABILITY BEFORE BOOKING) The apartment is located on the third floor. The neighborhood is very central, with easy access to public transportation, supermarkets, banks, and local restaurants. As a courtesy, we offer some basic supplies such as coffee, salt, sugar, hand soap, shampoo and toilet paper for your comfort. These are delivered in an initial amount designed so that you have enough time to purchase what you need during your stay.
