Garage Open Studio Space near downtown

Modern studio living space in a quiet San Antonio neighborhood 1 mile west of downtown. Space is private and completely open (no walls) and is only available for a single individual. It includes all new furnishings including clawfoot tub, toilet, small fridge, microwave, toaster over, electric burner, day bed, etc. Minutes from Downtown, the River Walk, Blue Star Arts Complex and South Town. My pictures are 100% representative of what the space looks like. The space Modern and cozy and quiet. Two blocks from H-E-B. The ceiling is open to keep a rustic and open feel. The ceiling has new spray foam insulation that is exposed to keep the temperature snug and this is an aesthetic choice of mine. And for cooling purposes in the summer, there are no windows. The grand piano is more of a decorative touch rather than for playing. The property has security cameras set up all around for safety. Please do not book as a single person and then house additional guests. Guest access You will have private access to the studio space and shared access to the yard. You can park inside the gate or on the street. Other things to note Please understand that this studio space is one open space. Because it is just one open space, it is available for a single person only. The booking option has a maximum of one person. Guests are welcome to visit but not stay over nightly. If you decide to have a guest, it should be someone you are very comfortable with due to the lack of privacy when shared.
