I live alone and provide a room for guests, the room is large and well ventilated, has a double bed, space to put clothes, bag support, ideal for couples or friends. The apartment's decor is very cozy and it is easy to access all places in São Paulo, there is a subway five minutes away and several bus lines. The space Guests have access to the balcony, TV room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The balcony is where I allow smoking if the guest is a smoker, and you can also rest there because it is a very cozy area. The kitchen is well equipped and guests can use the microwave to heat meals, they can use the stove if they need to cook, there is a coffee maker, blender and other appliances. During your stay I am always willing to answer questions, indicate places to eat nearby, teach about the subway and the forms of transportation, and for any information.
