Located 150 meters from the beach, with air-conditioning in all rooms, including the kitchen, our charming 3-bedroom apartment (1 double bed, two single beds (which can be put together as a double) and 2 single beds) with a gourmet terrace, 2 garages, 3 swimming pools in the condominium, beach service (4 chairs and an umbrella) is the perfect place for you to enjoy your vacation with your family. Minimum stay of two nights. The space Our charming apartment very close to the beach has everything a family could want for their vacation in a sanctuary. Located in module 6 (Rua Passeio da Madrepérola), 150 meters from the beach, our apartment has three bedrooms (1 suite), in the suite bedroom, there are two single trundle beds, which can be put together or separated, in the second bedroom, a double bed and in the third two single beds. We have air conditioning in all rooms (bedrooms, living room, kitchen, service area). We have 2 bathrooms, plus the bathroom in the service area. Fully equipped kitchen and dining and living room. We also have a super spacious gourmet balcony (without a safety net) with a 6-chair table, barbecue grill (in addition to a fantastic view with many trees providing privacy and well-being). We have a TV and Wi-Fi included. We also have a full service area with a washing machine, dishwasher and sink. The apartment is complete and I provide top-quality bed and bath linens, available only from 4 nights, (taking care of the environment.) The building has been completely renovated recently and contains a sauna, two large swimming pools and a children's pool, heated; multi-sport court, barbecue for parties (reservation and fee for the condominium separately), game room, gym, children's space and TV room with cable TV, as well as an ice machine and a charming party room! Advance reservations and payment and a fee. The building also has beach service, an umbrella and 4 chairs assembled by the building's janitor and waiting for you and your family. Check-in can be done anytime after 3 p.m. and check-out until 2 p.m. We are flexible with these times, depending on whether we have guests the day before/after. Our apartment is our sacred place. We give preference to families and expect our guests to treat our little corner with affection and respect. The condo staff are very kind and will be available for whatever you need. Guest access You and your family will have access to all areas of the apartment and building, including the building's recreational areas and beach umbrellas/chairs. Other things to note Our apartment has no safety net on the windows or balcony. Be very careful with the children. Riviera is the only condominium in Latin America with ISO 14100 certification. We have plenty of drinking water. It can be consumed. No need to buy bottled water! We have a filter and a jug with a Brita filter if you want to use it. Concerned about sustainable development, Riviera has a waste recycling program! Beaches are always clean and well cared for!
