On the ground floor, there is a fully independent garage. ⚠️🚨 But be aware that the garage has an access ramp with a very steep incline, making it difficult for cars with a very low profile to enter. However, there is nothing to prevent the vehicle from being parked at the door of the residence, which is in a quiet area with a camera and a police station (Segurança Presente) across the street.
