A cozy family house in the Montaña / Weg naar Fuik neighborhood near Jan Thiel. A quiet neighborhood near the beaches on the east side of the island. This house has everything you need for a "HOME away from HOME". And that's only 3 minutes from the nearest Santa Barbara Beach Resort. Only 10 min from Jan Thiel Beach. Mambo Beach is 20 minutes away. The space Fully equipped with A/C, house with all 3 bedrooms with their own AC, also living room and open kitchen with AC and Pre Paid Electric System. Also Airport Pick up and drop off is possible for an amount of $35 We have a cozy house with a spacious bright living room. The house and garden are nice on the wind. This will make you enjoy the well-known trade wind during your stay! The bedrooms are each equipped with a smart TV that can be used for internet and to use various streaming services such as Netflix, YouTube etc. There is also a box available in the living room and the master bedroom with all American and international channels, the 2 other bedrooms are tied to the box of the living room. The house has a nice open kitchen with a fridge, oven stove, toaster, kettle, rice cooker and a microwave. You can also enjoy a nice cup of coffee from the coffeemaker. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare your tasty meals. The house is also equipped with a gas barbecue in the garden. We have 3 bedrooms available, all 3 with air conditioning and a big fan for a nice cool breeze when sleeping. Because this house is well located on the wind and the bedrooms are so nice and fresh in the evening, you can also sleep very well with the window open. All windows and doors of the house are equipped with window screens to keep unwanted mosquitoes outside. Should you have a group of more than 7 people, we always have the option of an extra 2 rooms guest house with air conditioning both rooms and in the living room with private kitchen next to this house, also fully equipped with everything you need in a house, fully furnished and with air conditioning, ask for prices. A maximum of 4 people can also stay here, costs €45 per night. Always ask first if it is available. The spacious garden, has beautiful plants and flowers and lighting, so you can sit (in the evening) outside in the shade (in the evening). In addition, there is enough space to park 10 cars on the enclosed grounds, should you organize a party. On the left side of the house, we have a very high lookout for a beautiful view of the fu Bay and table mountain and to have breakfast there, lunch or dinner at the sunset, also to chat with acquaintances and have a beer. To the rear of the house we have a small porch/seating in the shade. Here is also the washing machine you can use. Cost for the washing machine is $15 one time for entire stay. During your stay, you can make use of the WIFI. The price includes gas and water, but excluding electricity for the Air conditioners. Plenty of electricity is charged and used for the normal daily consumption of the ice cabinet, lights, TVs, etc. Electricity is controlled through a very simple upgrading system. In the house there is a manual for the use of this. If this is necessary, I (Baby) can also explain this to you personally upon arrival. Also, in case of need, I will be happy to help you buy the upgrade power and advance that for the desired amount. This pre paid upgrade system can be bought anywhere on the island at any gas station. However, water on Curacao is incredibly expensive. It would be great if you would like to take this into account when using water. Guest access You have full access to the entire house and the huge garden and the lookout. Should you plan a small party or invite a few friends to come by for a cozy get-together or a barbecue evening, this house will make this possible. You won't hear any complaints from the neighbors or from us, as long as you keep everything nice and whole. Other things to note The water is safe to drink in Curaçao, it is pure distilled water that comes out of the tap with no aftertaste. Tip! So fill up those empty bottles, put them in the freezer and you'll have nice ice cold water when you go to the beach.
