The space This apartment is modern, updated, spacious, fully self contained and offers TWO patios. It is one of three units, within a property which is outfitted with granite counter-tops, Insect screens and security bars on ALL windows, AC unit in the two bedrooms, in-room safe, Ceramic tiles and ceiling fans throughout, and built in closets and cupboards. It has a large bathroom with built-in granite vanity and under-counter storage, and the bedrooms both have built-in closets. The queen size pull-out sofa bed in the living room can be prepared to accommodate an additional guest, or a folding bed can be provided in one of the bedrooms, upon request. There is a comfortable covered patio which is screened-in (insect screens) and provides lots of privacy; it adjoins a second patio which is an open terrace, great for alfresco dining or sun bathing. The patio has a ceiling fan and lockable gate which provides added security and there is a fantastic view of the front lawn and garden. There is a separate communal laundry room which guests can use at no additional charge. and clothes pegs, laundry bag and basket are provided. There are two private entrances (patio and kitchen entrance) and the kitchen is considerably large with bar stools, breakfast counter/prep station and well stocked with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, cooking utensils, bake ware and appliances. Although there are three apartments on the property, each offer unbelievable privacy, and each has its own private entrance and patio areas, which overlook different areas of the garden and lawns. This unique feature makes this property perfect for groups who wish to stay in proximity of each other, while maintaining individual quarters and independence in their own private space. The property has secure main entrance gates, which can only be accessed with designated keys; the safety of our guests is very important to us. Two sets of keys are provided per apartment. Every effort is made to provide guests with everything they need for a pleasantly unforgettable stay. Guest access You will have access to a private outdoor covered patio with its own entrance to the apartment, as well as beautifully manicured gardens and lawns; we provide sun loungers for each apartment and comfortable patio furniture. There is automated security lighting, and the property is fully secured with fencing and security cameras around the parameters. There is an outdoor shower on the front lawn of the property, which is great for cooling off on a hot day or for rinsing off after a day at the beach. A lawn at the rear of the property has been utilised as a drying area and and clothes lines have been installed for laundry use. There is high speed internet, Cable Television, Secure onsite Parking, FREE laundry facilities, and FREE access to the ‘Beach House’ which is located 5 minutes walk from the property. The Beach House has sun loungers, chairs and tables, indoor and outdoor showers, bathrooms, lockers, changing room, restaurant and bar (food and beverage for purchase) and a lovely boardwalk at the front of the complex which is great for morning or evening walks; there is a sandy, white beach in front of the complex, which is great for swimming and snorkelling and where turtles and a variety of fish are often seen. Amenities include public transport and taxi stand, which are minutes walk from the property. Other things to note IMPORTANT: A Government tax of 10% will be added to your nightly rate, and will be imposed on all bookings confirmed on or after April 1, 2019. We provide bath and hand towels, bed linen, and kitchen towels (changed weekly). We kindly ask that you bring your beach towels, sun block, and beach bags, as the island is usually sunny, with warm temperatures on most days. There is free use of the pool and facilities at the Beach House Club. Please bring with you a large towel or sun lounger cover for use on the sun loungers, as you may not be allowed to use the sun loungers without this. You may not be permitted use of the sun loungers without this. For your added convenience, we provide a basic supply of toilet tissue, hand soap, dish/dishwashing detergents, and cleaning supplies. You are responsible for a full supply during your stay. We do not provide food items. Rate quoted for maximum of 4 persons. This apartment is not suitable for children under 6 years of age. Air Condition and laundry facilities (washing machine) included in rate. Apartment is outfitted with ceiling and standing fans. Summer Dates: April 16 - December 15. Winter Dates: December 16 - April 15. The minimum Security Deposit of US $200 is charged if there is damage done to the apartment during your stay. A damage claim and Proof of such damage has to be provided my me, to substantiate the claim via the Airbnb platform. It is worthy to note that no claims have been made to date by me, towards any of my past guests. The property is divided into 3 apartments: 2 x one-bedroom apts and 1 x two-bedroom apt. All apartments are listed separately on the Airbnb website under: Apt 1a Palm Crest (one bedroom, one bathroom apartment); Apt 1b Palm Crest (one bedroom, one bathroom apartment); Apt 2 Palm Crest (Two-bedroom, one bathroom apartment). Each apartment is rented as one unit but multiple units may be rented at the same time, or the entire property can be rented for groups wishing to stay on one property. We are flexible with check in and check out times at no additional cost, based on guest arrivals and departures, so please enquire should you require an unusual check in or check out time.
