The two bedrooms, two bath villa also has an additional two bedroom guest house and features a 180° wrap around deck to soak in the ocean view and spectacular sunsets. Nestled in 12 ocean-front acres, you will enjoy the relaxing ocean and forest sights and sounds. The house is only 4 miles away from the town where you can enjoy great restaurants, spa's, hiking and multiple adventure tours. The space This house is very private and quiet (except for the sounds of the ocean, wind, and birds). Enjoy the ocean breeze that comes in often especially with the open style home, and the grounds, with the surrounding forest. The views are one of the best parts about staying at this villa. Being beachfront gives you direct access to the Pacific ocean and no other properties to interrupt your view. High-speed fiber-optic wifi internet is now available in both the main house and the casita. The main house features 2 bedrooms, living room, dining area, and a small entertainment nook. Outside is then large wrap around deck and 2 other decks that jut out from the main deck and pool that seem to hang over the ocean below. The pool is large and has loungers for sunbathing and relaxing with an incredible panoramic ocean view. The guest casita has 2 levels with 2 private bedrooms. The top level also has a kitchenette, sitting room, and a separate king bedroom with en-suite bath. The lower level features a queen bed and en-suite bath. Both have patios with ocean views. Guest access The entire house is available for your group to use. Other things to note Dear Guest, Please note that we have adapted and are currently following the WHO and Costa Rican Ministry of Health guidelines on sanitation and social distancing. 1. Our host receiving you will always practice social distancing. 2. There will always be alcohol in gel by the front door entrance for you to use at any time. 3. All of our housekeeping and maintenance staff will always be wearing facemasks. 4. The home is completely disinfected right before guests arrive and just after guests leave. 5. The villa is private for just your group, you will not be sharing any spaces with strangers. There is no guest access to laundry facilities at the villa. There is one restaurant within walking distance at a nearby hotel. Everything else is a 5-10 minute drive. There is taxi service available but most trips will ne a $40 round trip charge. Rental cars can be delivered directly to the villa and start at around $40 per day.
