Mia Hermosa, brand new beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom apartment overlooking the pool. Mia Hermosa is set about 7 min walk to the beach or relax at the beautiful pool area. The complex is fully secure with 24/7 guard to greet you at the entrance hall. There is onsite parking with a remote key entrance and a small gym on the property overlooking the pool. Electricity is an additional charge (21 pesos per kw, subject to change) and must be paid in cash upon departure. The space This brand new apartment in Bavaro is beautiful. Clean and modern, with a full washing machine and dryer. The apartment has two en-suite bedrooms and a 1/2 bath on the balcony overlooking the pool. The complex is fully secure and has a small on-suite gym for those that like to keep fit while on vacation. It is within a few minutes walk to the "Bavaro Food Trucks" where you can enjoy international cuisine in an outdoor, casual setting. The beach is directly down the main road, approx. 7 minute walk. There are lots of restaurants, mini markets, shops, money exchange, spa, etc. all within a 5 minute walk of the apartment. If you wish to go to the shopping centres or larger grocery stores, Palma Real is within a 15 min walk or a 5 min bus ride. San Juan and Jumbo shopping center are approx. 15 min bus ride from the apartment. Electricity is an additional charge and based on consumption. We will read the meter with you upon arrival and departure. The current rate is 21 pesos per unit (subject to change). This must be paid in cash upon departure in US or Dominican pesos. Guest access Guests will have the entire apartment, private parking and access to the pool. Other things to note We will greet all guests upon arrival at the apartment, read the electric meter with them and provide keys, directions, etc.
