Minutes away from Waterville Tavern/McConnell’s store, Mountaintop Provisions restaurant, Happy Acres Restaurant and Hotel Manor Slate Run The space Two bedroom cabin with loft. Master bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has two twin bunk beds, loft has two twin beds, all have memory foam mattresses. Full pullout couch in living room (BED SHEETS AND BATH TOWELS ARE NOT SUPPLIED ). 200ft of creek frontage on 1.2 acres, bordered by State Forest Land. Guest access Guests have access to everything on the property. Private access to Pine Creek/Creek Frontage Other things to note Campfire wood is available for small fee. Wood is dried hardwood and generously packaged in bundles. We are located on the creek, our well water is safe, however has an off smell. We have a tripple filter as well as a water softener with iron removal installed. Corn hole board set as well as board games available for use.
