Welcome to our charming tiny home, nestled in the trees near Page Lake, blending mountain magic with modern comfort. Its convenient location provides quick access to hiking trails, skiing, and antique shops. Located between Scranton and Binghamton, just minutes off I-81, and 30 minutes to Elk Mountain Ski Resort, this peaceful retreat puts the best of the Endless Mountains right at your doorstep. The space Our tiny home features a bathroom with a walk in shower, fully functioning kitchen with gas stove top and microwave, living area with a fold out chair and loft that offers a queen size bed with stair access. Please be aware that the loft has steep steps. The loft area could also potentially be a fall hazard, so any children and/or unstable adults should be closely monitored. The outdoor space has a deck, gas grill, picnic area, hammock, as well as a fire pit. The outdoor space also has plenty of spots to set up tents for camping. Guest access Our tiny home sits on 8 acres of land. Currently we are renovating the main house on the property, which is not occupied. Feel free to explore the woods behind the tiny home and use the grassy areas on the property. Other things to note Our tiny house is private, but not secluded. Due to the proximity to Page Lake, you may hear neighbors in the summer. The space is ideal for couples or a small family. The pullout chair can be used as a bed, but a child / teen will be most comfortable sleeping on it. The outdoor space is perfect for a camp fire and there is ample space to setup tents. Our tiny home is located in rural Pennsylvania, so there is an abundance of wildlife in the area. We have deer, turkey, fox, coyotes and the occasional bear show up on our security camera. Please don't leave any food or garbage outside.
