Welcome to your Wagon Wheel Cottage! This newly renovated 2-bedroom cottage on Lake Winnipesaukee is located in one of Meredith’s most desirable spots, just minutes from downtown. The home offers 2 bedrooms with queen beds, plus a loft with a twin and king bed—perfect for families or small groups. There’s 1 bathroom (no tub), and modern comforts include heat, AC, and a stackable washer/dryer, making it ideal for year-round enjoyment. Step outside to a stone patio with picnic table & gas grill or spend your day on the shared sandy waterfront. Guests may use the 2 inflatable paddleboards (life jackets required, not provided). Please note: no pets allowed and 7-night minimum stay. The area is peaceful and family-friendly, with a mix of seasonal cottages and year-round homes. Guests often enjoy morning walks along the lakeside roads, evening sunsets on the dock, and the relaxed pace of lake life. Meredith village is only a short drive away, offering boutique shops, cafés, and restaurants, as well as the Mill Falls Marketplace. From the town docks, you can catch a scenic Mount Washington Cruise or stroll the boardwalk with an ice cream in hand. For outdoor enthusiasts, the location is central to hiking, biking, and boating in summer, foliage tours in autumn, and skiing or snowmobiling in winter. Gunstock Mountain Resort is about 20 minutes away, and attractions like Castle in the Clouds and Weirs Beach are nearby. Just steps away, you’re welcome to enjoy the shared sandy beach and waterfront, used by three neighboring cottages. Outside, a large lawn area offers space to relax or play, and you’ll likely meet some of the friendly neighbors if they’re out grilling or swimming. The cottage comes with 2 designated parking spots. House Rules No smoking inside the home. If smoking outdoors, please fully extinguish and properly dispose of materials. No fires or fireworks are permitted by renters per the association rental agreement. Waterfront is shared. Please keep it clean and tidy for others. Store water toys and personal items back at the house after use. Parking: 2 designated spots on the far right side of the driveway. Good Neighbor Agreement: All guests must review and sign the Good Neighbor agreement as part of the rental. General Guidelines No parties or large gatherings. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. Treat the home with respect and leave it as you found it. Report any damages or issues promptly. Follow all posted instructions for trash, recycling, and check-out.
