The driveway has ample parking for up to 6 cars! The main house offers an open kitchen and living room area and a bedroom on the first floor with an en-suite full bath and king-size bed. The second floor contains another living area equipped with fireplace and TV, board games, and children’s books! Our bunk room sleeps four. Extra guests may enjoy our ADU above the garage which features a king and twin bed and a dedicated workspace. Easy access to the beach. Enjoy the fire pit, pay structure, and sand volleyball court at the community park. Our neighborhood quiet hours are between 9pm and 8am. Please note: this property does not accommodate pets. Our driveway has a steep incline and may be challenging for low-clearance vehicles. We recommend approaching slowly and at an angle. Standard vehicles typically have no issues. For reference, the owner drives a Toyota Prius and has no trouble with clearance.
