The space Rio Vado sits on 2 private Frio riverfront acres, only shared with our sister property Casa Verde next door. The garage is great for storage of your tubes & river floats. You should know that the Frio River is owned by the state of Texas. While our property is private, others can walk up or down the river as long as they do not trespass on the riverbank. So you may go up or down and others are allowed to do the same as long as you stay in the water. Guest access Free parking on site Other things to note Cell service is limited around the Leakey area depending on the carrier. AT&T works best. Lost Maples Park and Garner State Park require advance reservations.
