Located: - 300 m to a GP, Barber, Bottle shop & Pharmacy - 500m to Calvary Christian College and Church - 9.5km to Queensland Country Bank Stadium (Home Stadium to the Cowboys) - 10.7km to The Strand - 1.5 km to walking track The space 1 bedroom self contained Guest House which includes queen bed, fully equipped kitchen, linen, towels, ensuite bathroom, washing machine, queen size sofa couch, single sofa bed chair, dinning table, 4 dinning chairs and large TV. Guest access Guest can use the whole guest house and can access the shared backyard and pool. Other things to note The owners of the main house have a pet dog (Cavoodle) that will be accessing the shared yard. If you are not a fan of dogs please communicate this to ensure the dog is kept in the main house. Also please note the pool is a shared space. The pool is available for use between 7am -9pm.
