I want you to be as comfortable as you can be! I have high standards for the renovations and upkeep of my cabin. It’s a work in progress, and the revenue accrued from your stay will go toward making future guests more comfortable and more enchanted with their experience. This unit has one king bed and a children’s hide-away nook complete with fun color-changing remote LED light strips; sleeps 1-2 children. Please, let me know if you need to sleep more than 3. I have two units that can comfortably sleep 4 to 6 people. This suite now has its own toilet, tub, and sink. High-speed WiFi with large Roku smart T.V. Mini fridge, coffee station, toaster oven, and small grill top. You will have the entire 2nd door suite to yourself—no shared spaces (except outdoor areas)! Your own room and bathroom—tub, sink, toilet. Open access to the shared outdoor spaces—porches, screened porch with dining room table and seating for up to 10. Rabbitry is open-access for you to gently pet or hold the bunnies. 2 private acres of wooded forest with trails and swings! Large screened porch with dining table and seating for 10, the porches, outdoor fireplace and fire-pit. There is a children’s playhouse with a steep staircase—please, be careful and do NOT let children use unsupervised! Staircase leads to a loft with a hammock and play area. Sometimes we set it up to watch outdoor movies. Please, let me know if this sounds fun, and I will try to make it happen. There are 2 acres of wooded trails and swings. Use discretion, and be responsible. Watch your step and stay on trails to avoid poison ivy. Walk and swing at your own risk. I have a rabbitry, and, generally allow guests petting the rabbits. They very rarely bite, but use discretion and be responsible. They generally never bite, but there is the possibility that you could be bitten or scratched. Please leave rabbits, cages as you found them. Always close the main gate. Keep good hygiene and wash hands before and after handling animals. Thank you! 🙏 DISCLAIMER: I do not provide refunds for complaints related to insects. It’s simple—if you don’t like bugs, don’t book a cabin. Like the cabins in The Smokees, The Cherokee National Forest, and other surrounding forests, I do not use toxic pesticides that can harm the surrounding ecosystem. I use only natural non-toxic pesticides. I assure you, I have taken thorough measures to insulate and seal, not only your guest room, but my entire cabin. If you do even a small amount of research, and speak to other cabin owners, you will find that bugs happen in a forest environment, particularly with cabins. Insects prefer the outdoors, but will sometimes come inside, especially after excessive rain. Guest access Let me know if you need to sleep more than 3. I LOVE to cook for my guests and make it SPECIAL like the Bed and Breakfasts of old! But sometimes I’m not home so this is a bonus and not a guaranteed amenity. There is Wi-Fi onsite, but I generally keep the WiFi on a timer so that it will shut off during sleeping hours (midnight through 7 a.m.). REM sleep is greatly inhibited by WiFi and EMF. Turning it off at night greatly improves sleep. You’re welcome! I will gladly accommodate requests for WiFi to be turned on when needed.
