Most of the sunlit rooms have views of the two ponds where you can observe a variety of birds and enjoy a meal at a picnic table near the water. The comfy bedroom is located at the back of the house adjacent to the bathroom. A laundry room is available too. There is an eat in kitchen with table and chairs, a corner desk and a dishwasher. There is also a separate dining room. The house has a keypad alarm system, fire extinguisher and smoke alarm. The front porch has a glider where you may sit and look out over the pond. The driveway is next to the house. Your nearest neighbors are the 16 alpacas who reside inside their fences and in the barn. Guest access Step out onto the front porch and take in the tranquil pond views while relaxing on the glider. The driveway provides easy access to the house. Your closest neighbors are 16 alpacas grazing peacefully in their pastures. At the nearby alpaca farm gift shop, you can check out the alpacas 112 show ribbons and see beautiful items made of alpaca fleece in Peru where the alpacas are from. Other things to note The farm is just eight miles from Jacksonville State University, five miles from Homeland Security and five miles from Ft. McClellan Army National Guard. Talladega Super Speedway is 20 miles away and in addition to the two weekends of annual races, also has a NASCAR race museum. Access to the Chief Ladiga walk, run or bike trail is in nearby Weaver. Also within a short drive are parks, Camp McClellan Horse Trails, Cane Creek Golf Course and Anniston Aquatic & Fitness Center. A variety of restaurants are close by. You may enjoy shopping at the Oxford Exchange which offers a variety of stores and also at local boutiques. Birmingham is an hour's drive and Atlanta is about two hours.
