We have 3 comfortable bedrooms: two with full size beds and one with a double bed, ideal for families or small groups. All have good ventilation, natural light and clean bedding. The living-dining room is spacious and perfect for sharing, with a comfortable sofa, TV and warm decor. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, refrigerator, stove and kettle, blender, microwave, ready to prepare your meals. There are two full bathrooms, towels and basic items. You also have a cozy hall to read, chat or relax. The entire space has been designed to make you feel at home while enjoying the San Ramón experience. Guest access Guests have a completely separate entrance to the duplex. They do not share spaces with other people, which guarantees privacy, comfort and freedom throughout their stay. They will be able to enter and exit with complete autonomy. Other things to note Parking: You can park your vehicle safely and for free on the street, right in front of the accommodation. The area is quiet, well lit and many guests have left their car without any problems. If you prefer more security, we also have a private garage in front of the house. Use of the garage has an additional cost and must be coordinated in advance.
