Small peaceful haven in the heart of the Lauragais. 1.5 hectares in a quiet location between the Montagne Noire and the Pyrenees, strategically located 5 minutes from Castelnaudary, 35 minutes from Toulouse, 25 minutes from Carcassonne, 1 hour from Narbonne beach and 1 hour 45 minutes from Andorra. Accommodation for 4 people plus a baby, to relax in the sun, visit the pink city or the medieval city of Carcassonne, discover the Cathar country and the surroundings of the Canal du Midi or just taste the famous cassoulet. The space Our accommodation welcomes you for 4 people (plus a baby), to discover the southwest, walk winding roads by motorcycle, ride a bike, enjoy hiking trails. In this idyllic place there are horses in harmony with an outdoor space orchestrated to the taste of the hostess. In summer, you can enjoy the large swimming pool (open from mid-June to the end of October). For children, a playground (trampoline, swing, etc.) is available, a barbecue area awaits you, all lulled by the singing of birds. About this place: 50 m2 accommodation, adjoining the owners' main residence. A living area with a sofa bed for 2 people, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a bed for 2 people, a bathroom, and everything you need to accommodate a child under 3 years old. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided. Cleaning is systematically carried out by us. All the necessary shops (for shopping) are located in Castelnaudary. Pizza truck available every Tuesday night in the village. Restrictions/prohibitions: Please do not smoke inside the accommodation. Pets are not allowed. Total ban on going to the ruins. No entering the horse barns without an owner or feeding them. Children are prohibited from going to the pool and trampoline without an adult. Children are the responsibility of the parents. Site under video surveillance. Guest access Everything except the ruins and the owners' house.
