The home features comfortable seating and a built-in dog crate end table in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen with ample cabinetry and all the cooking tools you could want, plus dining areas both indoors and out, perfect for relaxed meals after a day outdoors. There are two bedrooms set up for sleeping and a third room arranged as a dedicated office, ideal for remote work. The bathroom is clean, functional, and well-stocked for guest comfort. Window AC units in the Living Room and one Bedroom keep the whole space cool. Outside, enjoy multiple outdoor living spaces including a covered lightly fenced cabana area with seating, a fire table, a grill, Ooni pizza oven, and television. Guests have access to the Schroon River via a dock easement just across the road, allowing boating upriver to Schroon Lake.
