Beachfront home on the River - 01

Enjoy a big beach on the waterfront in this simple home. This is the most secluded house on our beach, with the Chesapeake Bay on the horizon. Good for couples or small families, this getaway offers direct beach access. The beach collects bands of seashells, sea glass, and smooth stones. Modest furnishings include Full and Twin beds. In warm months, be aware of sea nettle jellyfish in the water and mosquitos from the marsh. The space Living room, dining room, and kitchen are open concept in a combined space. The bedroom has a full bed, a full bottom bunk and a twin top bunk. The full bathroom has a tub with shower, toilet, and sink. The porch is a wood deck on the beach. Parking is on the driveway to the west, adjacent to neighbor parking. Guest access You get exclusive access to this house, attached porches, and parking. The pier and beach are shared by other guests in nearby houses. Guests are welcome to explore our entire 1000-foot-long beach to the edges of our property, while respecting neighbor privacy. Some neighbors have children, so we do our best to protect their tranquility :) Other things to note This small house is prepared for limited cooking and hosting. Bring your favorite flavors and scents of kitchen or bathroom products. Fish and crab from our pier or dock. The government (MD DNR) visits sometimes by car and by boat, so search “Maryland Fishing License” if necessary. Fire must be in the grill or fire pit, away from wood decks, structures, and the house. An alert, competent, sober adult must constantly monitor a fire. We usually have hand soap, dish soap, and generic shampoo/conditioner/body wash. In some cases, tenant full names and employment details are required.
