This thoughtfully designed space includes a fully updated kitchen with everything you need for cooking meals during your stay. The cozy living room features a high-definition TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. You’ll sleep comfortably in the king-size bed, and enjoy the modern walk-in shower in the bathroom. A washer and dryer are also included for your convenience. Step outside onto the private deck, where you’ll find a dining table and comfortable seating, which is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. To help you make the most of your time here, we also provide cruiser bikes, yoga mats, and beach towels—perfect for exploring the area, stretching and unwinding after a day of adventure, or heading out for a day by the water. This space is ideal for one or two guests looking for a stylish, peaceful retreat. Please excuse our unfinished landscaping — we’ll continue improving it without disrupting your stay. Guest access Guests will receive a personalized door code prior to arrival for easy self-check-in. You’ll have full access to the entire house, including the backyard, it's all yours to enjoy during your stay. Other things to note Pet Policy – Making It a Great Stay for You and Your Pup We’re happy to welcome well-behaved dogs at our property! To help ensure a comfortable stay for everyone (guests, pups, and hosts included), we ask that you follow these simple guidelines: 🐾 Pet Comfort & Behavior: Please make sure your dog feels comfortable in a new environment before leaving them unattended. Some pets can become anxious in unfamiliar places, which can lead to barking, scratching, or other unintended damage. 🐾 Consider Crating When Unattended: If your dog will be left alone in the house at any time and is not comfortable in a new space, we kindly ask that they be crated for their safety and to help protect the home. 🐾 Damage Responsibility: We understand accidents can happen, but guests are responsible for any damage or extra cleaning caused by their pet. Please let us know if anything occurs so we can address it together. 🐾 Furniture & Cleanliness: We ask that any pet waste is picked up and disposed of properly. 🐾 Be Considerate of Neighbors: Please keep barking to a minimum. Grill Use We’re happy to provide the grill for your use, please be sure to clean it after each use by brushing the grates and wiping down surfaces so it stays in good shape and is ready for the next guest. Bike Use We provide two cruiser bikes for you to explore the area. For security, please use the provided bike lock and return them to the shed when they are not being used.
