Guest Access The Treasure Suite is an entire basement unit, with a private separate entrance to yourself. Self check in with smart lock, code provided prior to your arrival. We are available to you during your stay, but our level of interaction is completely up to you. The suite is easily accessed off main routes like Hwy 16A and the Yellowhead HWY via Century Road. There is plenty of free street parking available along our side fence or anywhere on the street, as long as it doesn’t block our neighbors' access. Other things to note - It is the responsibility of the guest(s) to read all information posted within this listing. Booking means you understand and accept the conditions of staying in this home. - Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the suite with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action immediately. - If under 25, please let me know. - A damage fee of $25 per linen will be charged if linens are damaged with a stain that cannot be removed. - Strictly no pets, non-smoking and ZERO drug use inside or on the property of the home as per our insurance. A fine of $300 will be imposed on the guest in order to remove the smoke smell and pet hairs along with the cost of any lost bookings due to the extra days which will be required to run the removal process.
