Located 50 m from the center of the village and its shops (bakery, greengrocer, bar/restaurant, pizzeria), this brand new studio is ideal for those who want to combine comfort and visits to the surrounding area. The city center of Nîmes is easily accessible by tram or in just 15 minutes by bike, the sea is 35 minutes by car, and you will be close to Uzès, Pont du Gard or Golf Nîmes Campagne. The space This independent studio is furnished for your comfort, with its very comfortable 160 cm king size bed, large screen TV, kitchen and bathroom. You'll feel right at home. A small garden just for you will also allow you to have breakfast, aperitif or meal under the shade of many trees, and enjoy the sun's rays. During the summer, you also have access to the house's swimming pool, which is shared with us, provided that it has no ongoing technical problems. Guest access You can access the accommodation with a lockbox. A code will be sent to you on the day of your arrival. Possibility to pick you up at the train station or airport of Nimes for €20, to be planned in our exchanges before booking to be sure that I am available. Other things to note ATTENTION The studio is adjacent to our house (while being completely independent, with its independent entrance and without a connecting door to the rest of the house). We have two children, so you may hear the noise of daily life in the house (from 7:30-8:00 AM).
