The Rustic Retreat is a one of a kind cabin with special touches & elevated ammenities. Set on almost an acre, you'll enjoy beautiful views of serene aspens & towering pines. Relax around the wood-burning fireplace or decompress in the hot tub while stargazing. Where soft elegance meets a rustic touch at a crossroads to adventure, this cabin is perfect for special occasions & getaways. Enjoy the seclusion, while still being close to local attractions, various restaurants, & convenient amenities. The space WHERE YOU'LL SLEEP: -Queen Bed -King Bed -Living room pull-out sleeper sofa -Both bedrooms have sound machines & humidifiers -Note the openness/feel of the cabin in pictures -Extra pillows & blankets INDOOR: -WiFi -55" HD Roku TV -Bluetooth speaker for indoor or outdoor use -Fully stocked kitchen -Bar style seating for meals -Wood burning fireplace -Live greenery throughout. 15+ plants inside (some are in reach of pets) -Book Nook with various books and games to enjoy OUTDOOR: -Wooden adirondack seating around wood-burning fire pit (smokeless stove style). -Some wood will be provided, unless a Teller County Fire Ban is in place. Please respect local law. You will be notified if a fire ban occurs. -Hot tub (towels provided) -Propane grill on front porch (you will be notified if there is a fire ban). -Ladder ball -Corn hole -Basketball hoop -Large outdoor Jenga -2 picnic tables: one at the front of the cabin and one next to the hot tub at the back of the cabin EXTRA INFO: -Please disclose if you are bringing a pet. $50 per pet per stay. -No air conditioning -Ceiling fans -Zoned heated flooring throughout main level -2 wall space heaters (bottom entry & main bathroom) -Single garage unavailable (host access) -No smoking/ drugs! -Fire blankets are located in the double garage and next to the indoor wood-burning fireplace -Hose is connected in the garage & can reach the fire pit (smokeless stove). -Please be kind to the well and septic systems -For everyone's safety, exterior entries have Ring cameras, pointed outward. No interior of the cabin can be seen. Hot tub also not in view. Guest access .5 miles off of 24, with a gorgeous view of Pike's Peak driving in, the property can be accessed from either of two gates. From November through April, an AWD vehicle is highly recommended. The last .2 mile is a dirt road, along with the driveway. Please watch for wildlife and take caution, as some intersections do not have stop signs. Guests will be given a code to enter the cabin. Other things to note The Rustic Retreat gets you into the mountains, with lots of adventures at your fingertips from Divide. We can't wait for you to explore the area, whether you want to relax, find some Jeep trails, go hiking, or find a great fishing spot.
