Property Notes: - There is one security camera facing the dumpster and one facing the front porch and parking area. The smaller cabin has a security camera facing the parking area. - You may book any dates available, but we reserve the right not to extend a stay that would inhibit our ability to get another booking, such as taking up part of a weekend. Now for the “not so fun” section: • Pets are allowed with our pet fee of $100 plus tax per pet. If you've added pets to your reservation, one pet fee will be included (only for stays up to 7 nights) and we will manually charge for additional pets after booking. • This property does not require a damage deposit, but we do offer a damage protection policy. More info can be found at the end of the listing description. • We provide 5 starter trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, bar soap, hand soap, toilet paper, and plenty of towels and linens. • We have firewood available on-site to purchase for $10 per bundle (including tax). We can also arrange a delivery of 50 pieces for $60 (including tax) if you let us know 7 days before your stay. Please message us if you are interested. • The gas to the fireplace is turned off from April 15th to October 1st. • We have a propane blackstone grill at the larger cabin, and we provide propane. At the smaller cabin we have a charcoal grill, but we do not provide charcoal. • Check-in is 4 PM and checkout is 10 AM. Early check-ins are possible, but subject to availability and a $50 per hour fee, rounded to the nearest hour. Late checkouts are generally not available, but if we are able to make an exception, the fee is $50 per hour. • The address will be sent to you at the time of your booking, and your check-in information will be sent to you two days before your arrival. • This listing uses a dynamic pricing algorithm; prices are updated daily.
