The other cabin can host six guests and features a wrap-around porch and hot tub. They are located in Lumpkin County near Dahlonega, and are convenient to Cleveland, Helen, and many popular wineries and wedding venues. The big cabin has 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It has one king bed, three queen beds, and three twin-over-full bunk beds. The smaller cabin has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It has a queen bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed. These cabins can also be rented individually. Same-day bookers: Do not book for the current night without confirming the unit is available and ready for check-in. Long stays: If your stay is longer than 10 days, extra fees may apply. Please inquire before booking. Property Notes: - There is one security camera facing the dumpster and one facing the front porch and parking area. The smaller cabin has a security camera facing the parking area. - You may book any dates available, but we reserve the right not to extend a stay that would inhibit our ability to get another booking, such as taking up part of a weekend. Important things to know: • Pets are allowed with our pet fee of $100 plus tax per pet. If you've added pets to your reservation, one pet fee will be included (only for stays up to 7 nights) and we will manually charge for additional pets after booking. • This property does not require a damage deposit, but we do offer a damage protection policy. More info can be found at the end of the listing description. • We provide 5 starter trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, bar soap, hand soap, toilet paper, and plenty of towels and linens. • We offer firewood available on-site to purchase for $10 per bundle (including tax). We can also arrange a delivery of 50 pieces for $60 (including tax) if you let us know 7 days in advance of your stay. Please message us if you are interested. • The gas to the fireplace is turned off from May 1 to October 1. • We have a propane grill, and we provide propane. We also have a charcoal grill at this cabin, but we do not provide charcoal. • Check-in is 4 p.m. and checkout is 10 a.m. Early check-ins are possible, but subject to availability and a $50 per hour fee, rounded to the nearest hour.
