Cozy Guest House Near Park

This lovely guest house is located in the historic district of Cambridge within 3 blocks to the Great Marsh/Gerry Boyle waterfront park. This cozy space includes a full kitchen with dishes, living space with reclining sofa, new Bedstory med/firm queen bed separated by an antique armoire as well as a large bathroom. You will have a private parking area and separate entryway through a private courtyard. Less than 1 mile to historic Cambridge. Near start of annual races and waterfront activities. The space This is an efficiency style apartment with an open concept. There is a bedroom- with a brand new queen Bedstory medium firm mattress, a living space with a Lazyboy duel reclining couch with built-in phone charging receptacles, a small but full kitchen with pots/pans dishes, Berkey water filter, large bathroom with heated tile floor as well as a washer and dryer for laundry. We want to provide the best air quality for our guests therefore we have a HEPA air filter in the unit and do not allow pets. Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any type. You are able to control your temperature with the thermostat in the unit with the heat pump mini split. This is a separately rented unit from the main house sharing the lot. It is extremely quiet and guests have mentioned this. While you do not have access to a yard, you do have your own courtyard style patio available to you with a small table and 2 patio chairs that is fenced and private. The entrance to this property is off of the alley and parking is in the space in front of the garage which is in the alley. This guesthouse is listed separately from the main house on Airbnb and may be rented in addition to the house for larger groups needing the extra space. Maximum number of guests is 2 and there is only one bed so it is best for those who can share a bed. If you take a walk, please only use the alley to get to the street and not a short cut through the yard or driveway. Please only use the patio door for entrance and exit of unit. Large trash bin is behind the shed in the alley.
