Wildlife lovers will enjoy spotting swans & egrets and kingfishers. too The space Estuary’s rest is a brand-new, self-contained studio apartment downstairs in our newly built home, Galwad y Môr. From the private deck, enjoy stunning river views—a perfect spot to relax and unwind. .Inside, you'll find a spacious studio complete with clean air filtration system with pollen extraction to provide fresh air continually. We provide a comfortable double bed and a private internal; room containing a small double bed with large glass pane with blackout curtain overlooking the studio and to the river beyond. Both rooms sharing a modern bathroom with a full-size bath and overhead shower. Towels and toiletries are provided for your convenience. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a full size fridge and microwave/air fryer combo, and toaster. There is no hob as we have a sprinkler system so all cooking is contained in the airfryer/microwave. There is fresh coffee and coffe pods, tea and sugar available while TV and WiFi ensure a comfortable stay. The spacious viewing deck offers a wonderful place to relax and take in the stunning river views. A welcome pack of brread, butter , jam, marmalade and milk and tea and coffee on arrival helps you feel at home instantly. Plus, for peace of mind, we offer free secure parking at the front of the property. Guest access There are stairs down to your apartment and private deck area. The second small double bedroom is internal in the apartment with an internal window pane overlooking the living area and river beyoond so thet you can still enyoy the river view and natural light but private with blackout curtain at night time. The deck is divided with a trellis privacy fence between Estuary's Rest and it's sister apartment next door Otter's Pool. There is no hob in the kitchenette as we have a sprinkler system so keep all cooking inside the airfryer/microwave combi.
