Staircase is classic to historic New England home and is steeper than modern staircases. - Fireplace room is not heated nor cooled and accessed from outside the property. - Basement stairs to access washer and dryer are very steep and narrow. 💻 High-speed Wi-Fi (300+ Mbps) with battery backup — ideal for remote work 🏔 Perfect base for Mount Monadnock hikes, covered bridges, orchards, ski trips & scenic drives Fully stocked kitchen with Reverse osmosis filtered water on tap — enjoy pure, refreshing drinking water without the need for bottled water. 🐾 Pet-friendly with a secure fenced area directly off the house — perfect for letting pets out safely without accompanying them every time (note: the entire property is not fully fenced). *Nonrefundable pet fee per stay applies and pets must be crated if left alone in the property.
