Available for corporate stays, relocation housing, insurance housing, and extended stays. The home is professionally cleaned after each stay by a local cleaning business specializing in a 49-point cleaning checklist to ensure a clean stay for all of our guests. The cleaning fee is $150.00 and is included in the nightly rate (not a separate fee) as providing a clean and comfortable home is our top priority for all guests to ensure a 5-star rating! Additional House Rules: No Parties, Events, or Unauthorized Gatherings. To ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all guests, neighbors, and the property itself, parties, events, gatherings, commercial activities, and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited unless expressly approved in writing by the Host before check-in. Registered Guests Only Any additional visitors, overnight guests, or unregistered occupants must receive prior written approval from the Host. Late Checkout Policy: We’re happy to accommodate early check-ins and late checkouts whenever our schedule allows.
