This home is our primary residence and is only rented when we travel, and it shows in the quality and care of the property. Enjoy Pura Vida life in this home! The main floor opens to the rear patio with private pool and garden. On the Main floor the Master Bedroom, ensuite, and half bathroom is also located. Upstairs, features two additional rooms, one with two twin beds, and one queen bedroom. Each room has a private en suite bathroom. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer, flat screen TV, and high speed internet. Take advantage of the rooftop plunge pool for fantastic evening stargazing. Sun and swim by the private pool or stroll to the beach 200 steps away. Guests have full use of our private home. There are two private pools (one in the backyard and a rooftop plunge pool). There is a washer and dryer in the home for guest use as well. The home is well equipped for your stay. Our home is rented while my family and I travel the world. However, our co-host Yira will be available for any issues that arise during your stay. We always want to make sure that our guests have a fantastic stay and we make sure that we are available for your questions, but we will never be in your way. Playa Langosta is the prettier sister of Tamarindo (which is located just 1 mile north). This Guanacaste beach town lies at the heart of Costa Rica’s Gold Coast Beaches and is famous for its unparalleled surf and thriving and culturally diverse community. Enjoy the year-round warm weather and constant adventure and outdoor activities. We recommend renting a car if you want to explore more destinations within the Guanacaste area. If you want to stay near local beaches, a golf cart or bike rentals is a fantastic option. If you don’t mind walking, there is plenty within walking distance as well. Parking is in the rear of the community. There is designated parking (#4) as well as plenty of street parking.
