The space The apartment, located on the ground floor with an independent entrance, is spacious and carefully furnished to offer a comfortable and relaxing stay. A fully equipped eat-in kitchen with oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, utensils, washer, and dryer. A double bedroom with a TV and comfortable furnishings. In the living room, the sofa bed easily converts into a double bed. A fifth bed is available upon request. A large, modern bathroom with a double shower, towels, hairdryer, and courtesy products. The apartment also has air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, and an electronic safe for storing documents and valuables. All the rooms have been designed to offer you a welcoming, quiet, and familiar atmosphere. Upstairs we, the owners: a discreet presence, always available in case of need, but with full respect for the privacy of guests.
