The home features radiant heated floors for year-round comfort. The European-style windows and doors add a distinctive touch to the design, enhancing both beauty and functionality. The home includes three bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests with the following sleeping arrangements: one king bed, two queen beds, one full bed, two twin beds, and a trundle bed. There are also two spacious living rooms—one on the main floor and one upstairs—and two and a half bathrooms for your convenience. PARKING While the garage is not available for guest use, there is ample parking space for cars. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave/air fryer, double oven, Keurig coffee maker, French Press, and refrigerator. We also provide basic pantry staples such as salt, pepper, sugar, oil, coffee, and creamer for your convenience. ADDITIONAL AMENITIES •A laundry room, located near the kitchen, is stocked with detergent and dryer sheets. •The main floor living room includes a fireplace, which provides illumination but not heat. •Upstairs, there is a second living space with couches and a rocking chair, providing an extra area for guests to use during their stay. •A workstation with two desks, each with a chair, for your use. OUTDOOR FEATURES Enjoy the outdoor space under our covered patio, which includes a flat iron grill, and a fire pit for those crisp evenings spent under the stars. ON THE PROPERTY Two friendly and affectionate outdoor dogs occasionally roam the property, but they do not enter the home. We also have free range chickens that provide farm-fresh eggs each morning, available for guests who wish to enjoy them. We handle the eggs ourselves and will put a dozen in the refrigerator for you (subject to availability since chickens produce more/less depending on the season). As the home is located in a rural area, the water supply may occasionally show natural mineral coloration, which is common and does not affect usability. Owner Assistance- The property owner resides in an adjacent facility and may be available to assist with any questions or needs during your stay. *We have a strict NO pet policy and NO parties policy.
