Kalam is a restored century-old granary in Kollengode, Palakkad, reimagined as a boutique farmhouse. Set at the foothills of the Western Ghats, and surrounded by paddy fields and a serene pond, this heritage farm stay in Palakkad offers an authentic Kerala experience rooted in nature and culture. The space -It is a >1000 Sq feet room [air conditioned] which is separated into a living space which has a comfortable sofa and an easy chair with television and paddy view. - A bedroom, which has a king bed where 3 person can sleep comfortably. above that a spacious attic space is given where 3 extra beds are kept where upto 4 people can stay. with paddy view - A spacious bathroom with modern showe panel and a luxury hot tub is provided. - outside the sitout is L shaped with paddy view on one side and another with pond view dining area and kitchen cabinet [with sink] -a spacious lawn and outdoor area of more than 2000 Sq feet with tropical garden is also provided. -a dining cum coffee table is provided on one corner of the lawn with barbecue facility. -entry to paddy is also provided with ease Guest access they can access all parts !
