The space House was built on an abandoned street, thus it's namesake, The Herriott. The house is divided into two separate units and there are no shared spaces or doors. Guests enjoy the second floor and will enjoy exclusive use of the front outdoor entertaining space. Host lives in the third floor apartment with entrance in the back of the property and the first floor will be vacant during your visit. Kitchen is well stocked with all the basics as well as a blender and waffle maker. Also included are single-serve cooking oil, spices, and condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, hot sauce & soy sauce). Coffee maker and tea kettle are provided as well as coffee and tea. Guest access Guests are renting the the middle level of the house and have full access to the front driveway and patio but not the garage, lower level, or 3rd floor apartment. Guests do have access to the garbage and recycling area located just outside the back door. Other things to note Waterview Street parallels the train line. Home was designed with train noise in mind. It is built out of 8" concrete walls and noise reducing glass. White noise makers are provided in each primary bedroom. If you are a light sleeper, lodging accommodations along Ruston Way may not be for you.
