Responsibility for Guests: I acknowledge that I am legally responsible for the behavior and actions of all occupants, invited, and uninvited guests during my rental period. This includes ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including the standards outlined in the Good Neighbor Brochure. 3. Temporary Occupancy: I agree that my occupancy of this unit is strictly limited to the time-frame of the short-term rental arrangement established via the online booking service and that myself and all guests have no resident standing beyond the specified rental period. Record Retention: I understand that this acknowledgment will be maintained by the owner or the owner’s authorized agent for a period of at least three years following the end of my rental period to ensure record requirements and requests via the City of Riverside.
