Legoland home

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. We are close to Legoland, Tampa & Orlando. Publix 3 blks away. Walmart half a mile. We have an outside screened in patio 45x 15. A huge fenced in yard. Winter Haven has multiple lakes with places to rent pontoons & fishing boats. Close to Tampa and Orlando & all of their tourist attractions. Easy comfortable living space with most everything you have at home. Large kitchen with all the amenities for families. The space We have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 1 bedroom has a king bed and a bathroom in it. One room has a queen bed. One room has a trundle bed (2 twins) and a desk. The 2nd bath is next to one of the bedrooms & down the hall from the trundle bed room. There is a tv in the living room and outside in the screened in patio. The house has central heat and air conditioning. The kitchen is set up completely with probably everything you have at home. Washing machine & dryer are in the garage for your convenience.
