The space Welcome to our Woodland Park retreat! Our home features 3 bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with two twin beds. We also have a bonus game room with a bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top)— perfect for kids or extra guests. Inside, you’ll find plenty of fun and comfort: challenge your crew to a game of ping-pong or nerf basketball, cozy up by the brand-new gas fireplace with a mug of hot cocoa, or unwind in the hot tub while stargazing. The house sits on 5 private acres with a partially fenced yard— great for your furry friends to enjoy! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a drip coffee maker, pots and pans, several baking essentials and an ice maker/ fresh well water right from the fridge. Whether you’re here for adventure or relaxation, our home is the perfect base for making lasting memories in the mountains. Guest access You can use all of the inside and outside of the house! Inside the garage is a locked side-storage space. This is for supplies and cleaning items. Please do not try to access this part of the property. Also, if adventuring around the neighborhood, please be mindful of other peoples’ property and do not walk off of the roads unless there is a clearly marked trail.
