It’s incredibly peaceful, but sound does travel, so please enjoy the space respectfully. Road Conditions: The home is less than a mile off the main highway on a well-maintained dirt road. In winter, AWD/4WD is recommended for all Colorado mountain travel. Wildlife Sightings: Deer, elk, foxes, chipmunks (and an occasional bear) love this area as much as guests do. Enjoy watching them, but please don’t feed or approach them. Hot Tub & Bistro Lights: The hot tub is ready for you to enjoy year-round. You’ll find two remotes for the bistro lights—one in the living room and one in the entertainment room—to create the perfect mountain-night vibe. Game Room & Extras: You’ll find a fun-filled hangout with TV, games, and a Ms Pac-Man arcade machine. It's a guest favorite—especially for families. Fire Pit: The outdoor fire pit is available and adds to the cozy mountain experience. Outdoor Spaces: The deck offers fresh air, forest views, and plenty of space to relax.
