These devices do not record audio; they simply monitor noise levels to help prevent disturbances, promote respect for neighbors, and discourage unauthorized gatherings. 💧🚨 Water Leak Detection System: For property protection, we have a total of four water leakage sensors installed under the sinks in the kitchen, common bathroom, and master bathroom. These devices provide silent, non-intrusive alerts in the event of a water leak to help prevent potential water damage. They do not record audio or video and in no way impact guest privacy. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home, including the spacious yard and two-car garage. Please note, one interior closet is locked and reserved for cleaning staff and supplies.
